Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Tags must still be attached, and a proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • Authorization: All returns or exchanges must be approved before the item is returned. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information for returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Items that have been damaged or lost due to customer misuse or neglect.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Step 2: Ship the Item Back

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions.
  • Please use a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  • If the return meets our criteria, we will either:
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
    • Process an exchange for the same or a similar item.

Return Charges

  • Our Fault: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, quality issues), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
  • Buyer’s Fault: If the return is due to reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or incorrect product ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Please note that there are no restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If you do not see the refund in your account within this period, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional processing time.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
